Local designers or builders usually handle only part of the process, such as design or construction. Our role is to ensure that the approved design is fully and accurately realized.  What you see in the design proposal is exactly what will be delivered on site.'

Can I use your design services only, without purchasing products?

Yes. However, our designs are buildable and execution-ready designs. The real value of our design lies in the final delivered outcome. If you choose design-only services, a separate design fee will apply.
